Charlie presently works for the Office of Mental Health (DHH/OMH),
Region VIII (Monroe, LA). His official title is Social Services Regional
Program Specialist. He received an MEd in Counseling and Psychotherapy
from Notre Dame College, Manchester, NH (not to be confused with the one
in South Bend). In addition to being an LPC, and Counselor Intern
Supervisor, Charlie is also a National Certified
Counselor, and Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor. He is the
chair of the Portability Policy sub-committee for the American Association
of State Counseling Boards (AASCB). AASCB is developing a Registry for
Licensed Counselors who wish to move from state to state.
He has a daughter and a son who live in New Hampshire, he also has a
granddaughter (Taylor Noel). He is very active in his church, being a
licensed Minister and Preacher.
